Since a few weekes , my strenght is dropping , seems week by week a little more.

Does this mean that i need more cals to fitt the bill or not ?

Doing 2000cals for the moment , asked one guy at the gym (big dude , working out for 3 years now ) also , he told me this happened to him also some months ago , and he took more cals , carbs and everything was back to normal and strenght increasing again.

Still i want some advice from you guys too , since there are some pro's around.

Thanks for the help.

losing strength is one of many signs of overtraining...

but then again 2k cals is not that much. are you on a cut ?

Overtraining seems not to be it i think , just hitting the gym 3 times a week.

Im cutting yes , but think i will leave it for a while.

Should i up the cals by 400 or something ?

You might try leaving the cals. the same, but upping carbs. or, yes, upping total calories, depends upon your weight, etc.

if you are losing strength and not weight start at 250 first and see what happens. if there is no change then go to 400-500 the second week...

Yea, modest changes provide quite amazing results some of the time, uh ?

Are you doing carb-ups from time to time? That might solve the problem. Try one day a week w/ 4000-5000 cals high carb.
