Since a few weekes , my strenght is dropping , seems week by week a little more.
Does this mean that i need more cals to fitt the bill or not ?
Doing 2000cals for the moment , asked one guy at the gym (big dude , working out for 3 years now ) also , he told me this happened to him also some months ago , and he took more cals , carbs and everything was back to normal and strenght increasing again.
Still i want some advice from you guys too , since there are some pro's around.
