Even the red stuff is fatty.

Bacon is bacon. No matter how you spin it ot justify it...eating bacon isn't considered eating clean.

Pork is just higher in sodium than most meats.

And just like other red meat is higher in fat than white meats.

I was planning on adding sausages to my diet that i'm currently doing, but i don't trust any sausages i can get for being 100% pork.

Is pork itself higher in sodium, or are you just referring to pork products which are super high in sodium, like sausages, bacon, hams, etc...

Untreated pork like pork chops, loins, shoulders, ribs, etc, etc, should be OK, although it is higher in fat than beef. It tastes much better than beef IMO
