Started training a little different today, did ten sets for chest and 6 sets for biceps. I also did abs today.

I started doin cardio on empty stomach today, hopefully this will increase fat loss. Been sick as hell though, hopefully this won't inhibit my progress too much. I'm out of chicken breasts, so i had to opt for lots of turkey sandwiches today.

Havn't posted this in a while, so its time to get off my lazy butt and start updating this thing.
Meal 1 - 10am 4oz chicken breast, 4 strips turkey bacon
Meal 2 - noon protein shake
Meal 3 - 3pm 1/2 cup brown rice, 8oz chicken breast
Meal 4 - 6pm 1 rice cake, 1/4 lb lean hamburger on wheat bread
Meal 5 - 8pm 1/4 lb lean hamburger

To answer Rob's question; I try to consume 1800 calories a day. I think i am gonna up it to around 2200, I'm also gonna try to change my ratios to 45/45/10.

I have 7 weeks til the show, it's crunch time, i'm going to try to go without cheating at all.

7:00-cardio (20 minutes of powerwalking)
8:00-protein shake, rice cake, thermo
10:00-bowl of brown rice
12:00-turkey sandwich, bowl of tortilla chips
2:00-1/4 lb lean hamburger, protein bar
4:00-turkey sandwich, wheat roll
6:00-bowl of soup
9:30-protein shake, thermo

I got 8 hours of sleep, but i need to drink more water.

My sleep was good. The thermo has curbed my sugar cravings, good thing. I added a tbs of pb in the diet, for a few more kcals.

pup are you getting in enough protein? how many calories and protein do you take in / day? it looks awfully low...

egg whites have what, 6g? So that's 24, then add in the protein shake....doesn't seem like much to me. I suggest you up your protein intake even though you may be cutting or whatever.
