well this is usually what i take after a workout is it any good

half a packet of meso tech whey protein
2.5 grams of creatine
1 cup of cranberry juice no sugar added

Total calories 290 calories
total fat 1.75 gram, 1.25 gram sat fat
Carbohydrates 42 grams, fiber 1.5 grams, 29 grams sugar
protein 27 grams protein

Well i throw the cranberry juice because i heard it high in gi index

well any is it anygood should i throw in a bannana

that drink is ok, but could be better.

if your budget allows there is nothing that compares to supplementing with dextrose and maltodextrin for post workout carbs. they are far superior to any fruit juice or whole fruit...

try protein shake in water and some oat emal on the side...whey in juice? what were you thinking lol
