Several months of intense keto takes a toll on me atleast. and crap ive been slacking off the diet lately. im going to step off keto for one month and eat like an animal to then return with a fresh mind..well here are 2 pics i took yesterday.....it sucks though i hate cutting and after awhile of not seen results damn man your mind starts to play with you., it tells you eat eat eat, and you fall for it arg..
p.s for those whom dont know me, im 16, 5'8 and have stayed at 190 for awhile now..i was 210 from the last bulk..

you've got alot of size bro (impressive lats esp.), keep up the good work.
as far as your diet goes, I hear ya... I'm on the other end of the spectrum.. meaning I get fatigued with my bulking diet (im one of those fast metabolism punks :D ) because I just cannot force feed myself for months on end...
Just re-evaluate your priorities.
Sometimes that means you should indeed let the diet go and start fresh with something else... even take a week off of everything and eat a normal clean diet.
Besides I'm not a big keto diet fan due to the somewhat negative effects on overall health (debated). But whatever you do, good luck and keep in mind, like with many things in life, determination and perseverance will pay off.

ya good work dude :D Remeber keto is not the only diet in town, so you could try another one, might be easier on ya.

thanks for the support guys,
im certainly going to that what nightop surggested. take some time off and then go back with my goals set once again.
hopefully i should be posting on these boards now more often.
