I was reading, and i dont remember where, but that at first a high carb diet does in any perosn does, it is stored as fat. As i read through I was introduced to the idea of diet adaptation. as we change our diets, our bodys adapt over a period of time to the change and make what ever we intake more the most efficient source of energy. what do you guys think about this theory:help:
