Can I get by with a scoop of Whey and grape juice as a post workout shake?

no but you might get by with 3 scoops of whey and 3 cups of grape juice.

Also, might wanna add 50g of malto in that postworkout meal.

My postworkout looks like this:

12 oz grape juice
50g malto
50g whey protein isolate
10g glutamine
3g creatine titrate
1000mg Vit C
400 IU Vit E

Then I eat a good hearty meal about 1-2 hrs later..........:thumbup:

lol, that's not all one shake. I mix the creatine and glutamine. The grape juice, malto, and whey are all taken separate. The vitamins are pills.

lol sorry i meant POST workout, that is what this whole thred is about. That was a typo, I'll fix that.........:D
