I am just wanting a little help with post workout carbs. I have seen people on here say to eat smarties which contain 5 grams of carbs per roll. How about eating fireballs which contain 17 grams each. Is this ok? and if so, how many carbs should I get post workout? I also drink a protein shake with creatine post workout. Also Was wondering if any one had any smack ideas I could use at work to keep up protein and carb intake. Don't have much time to eat full meals.

Just eat a lot of high-GI carbs. I like bananas, powerade, and anything with sugar.
