Meal 1 cup of oatmeal(plain) scoop of protein powder, 1/4cup of milk, 1tsp of flax oil or olive oil with 500ml milk and banana
Meal 2 protein shake or bar with 2 cups of water

Meal 3 tuna-fish sandwich (whole can), with 2 tsp mayo. (Whole wheat)
1 cup of orange juice

Meal 4 Ground beef extra lean (6OZ) (makes 2 burgers) 2 hamburger buns

Meal 5 pasta2 0z in low fat Alfredo sauce with 1 chicken breast

Meal 6 roast beef (3OZ) with some kind of veggies on the side (cup of veggies)

Meal 7 protein shake, 500ml milk, cup of orange juice with 1 apple and one banana

Meal 8 can of tuna before bed

Goals: Want to do a bulk cycle, so gain as much as possible before i cut

looks good hangman....

I bulked on pretty simular ratios and your sources look good..

Monitor your weight gain and if you are not gaining I say bump up the carbs and some fat :)

I would bump up calories a little bit more after your workout on your last two meals. You'll eat em right up. Don't worry about having carbs in your last meal when you're bulking. Just make them good quality carbs with fiber and not a whole lot of sugar. So more protein in your last meal and a few carbs. If you don't want to change ratios much, just rearrange your current meals to fit around the last couple.

move meal 5 to after workout meal 8- lots of good starch here will be useful. move meal 8 to meal 5. Drop some fruit from meal 7 and increase pasta in meal 8.

Lose one of the protein shakes and drop some eggs in there instead.

Yes, you only know your diet is spot on if at the end of the day you are letting off gases bad enough to make Cambridge smell bad.

[P.S. Don't even try to compete with the smell of Hull - you'll come no where near]
