Meal 1 ½ cup of oatmeal(plain) scoop of protein powder, 1/4cup of milk, 1tsp of flax oil or olive oil with 500ml milk and banana
Meal 2 protein shake or bar with 2 cups of water
Meal 3 tuna-fish sandwich (whole can), with 2 tsp mayo. (Whole wheat)
1 cup of orange juice
Meal 4 Ground beef extra lean (6OZ) (makes 2 burgers) 2 hamburger buns
Meal 5 pasta2 0z in low fat Alfredo sauce with 1 chicken breast
Meal 6 roast beef (3OZ) with some kind of veggies on the side (cup of veggies)
WORKOUT!!!
