Can someone help me figure out some good foods to eats to keep a high 50% Protein and low 25% carb diet.

Im cutting at 2100 cals. and looking for about 260grams protein per day and only about 131gram carb.

Im finding it hard to find consume this much protein and also keep the carbs low....

Any food ideas? :help:

Tuna, other fish, beef, chicken, eggs, milk(it's not too bad with carbs) protein powder.

fat free cottage cheese,, you can also add shredded fat free cheese to anything like eggbeaters... 1/4 cup is 9g of protein and 2 carbs and 45 cals
