I am starting with routine #1 after few days and was wondering if there is another beginner who wants to write a journal with me - that way I think we'll get each other motivated and can do some kind of competition...
I am 25, skinny type who wants to get a little bit bigger.Now I am 140 pounds - want to get about 30 more.My goal is lean, muscled, proportional and toned body - nothing too big.
Any tips and advice is much appreciated.

Good luck Sasho. I think you'll like the first wbb routine as I had particular success with it myself.

Could you post a typical days diet?

Hello there, sasho. I started with WBB #1 this week too, tho I have made some modifications to it, you can check it out on my journal if you like. Unlike you, I'm trying to loose weight, I'm on the heavy side at the moment (about 187 lbs, was about 195 when I started training 4 months ago) and so far the routine feels pretty good.

If you want we can exchange comments on our routines and help each other out.
