I am starting with routine #1 after few days and was wondering if there is another beginner who wants to write a journal with me - that way I think we'll get each other motivated and can do some kind of competition...
I am 25, skinny type who wants to get a little bit bigger.Now I am 140 pounds - want to get about 30 more.My goal is lean, muscled, proportional and toned body - nothing too big.
Any tips and advice is much appreciated.
