Wich are the best proteins I can start using the define my body better?

Im starting the gym and I will like to know the best and known proteins that doesn't cause any lateral effects!..

all and any lean meats.. eggs...eat lots of those

Try to get protein from various soruces such as tuna, other fish, read meat, turkey, chicken, milk, eggs, protein powder.

Exactly! A variety is the best. Different proteins have different utilization rates as well. If a variety is used it makes dieting (or eating healthy) much easier and a lot less of a chore...
