Great job! 8 months....WOW. I must be doing something wrong LOL.
You look good! You're pretty lean. You should try maybe upping your carbs a bit to gain a little more muscle.

yes impressive for 8 month (good upper body development) !!! Can you tell us more about your training ? (rep range, number of sets per bodypart, frequency per bodypart, rest between sets etc)

I will put some more pics up later. But I feel that my diet I have been doing is very good and very helpful. I diet religously and have no problem gaining weight. I switch up my routine about every 2-3 months I started off 12 reps and high sets and training 3 days per week (chest, shoulders and tris, one day),( back and bis one day), and (legs one day), then i went to about 9-10 reps 6 days training per week, now I have been hitting the 6-8 rep range lately with about 4 sets per bodypart 3 days trining a week. I always keep the same bodypart split. And probably 1-2 minutes inbetween sets. Thanks for all the compliments guys I'm tryin. And i have been deadlifting for 2 months.

sorry in my training i meant to say 4 exercises per bodypart with 2 sets each. and that hat is bad ass.

creepy. Go look at my back double bi picture on the bottom of the page right now.....your back looks identical to mine almost...your lats are definetly wider though.

Sorry, but I don't believe 16" arms there. They look closer to 14-14.5.

hey... take it easy dude... i wasnt tryin to start flamin anyone im just stating facts... i couldnt remember what his measurements were last time he measured.... but his arms are not 14 inches... and they are at least 16... but sry if i came across as a dick about it im just tryin to back up my friend:)
