Keto isnt that bad! i feel foggy sometimes but other than that its cool today for breakfast i had 8 strips of greasy ass bacon!
i coat small portions of meat with cheese and top it with mayo its hella good! chicken strips covered in mozerella with mayo on top is great.
i havnt used oils besides some flax now and then and havnt had a shake besides bedtime for 3 days now.
porkrinds are good for mimicking chips and if you really had cravings for bread(which i havnt) take a few eggs mixed with protein and flax and put it in the oven
tommorrow is depletion workout its gonna be demanding as i feel pretty spent

depletion workout was ok i did a circuit type routine to cut time down it took an hour and 15 min.
yesterday was carb up i gained 4 1/2 lbs according to teh scale this morning(prob increased water retention)

Sorry to interfere-- but why not eat a decent diet while doing this? Keto is rarely if ever a permanent solution to fat loss; and if you're taking over an hour to lift, then your training could probably use a few tweaks to.
Just some ideas.

Ok I am not a big fan of keto i did ckd for 2 weeks lost a total of 16 lbs on the weekdays gained a total of 14 and a half lbs on the weekends. Thats not worth it if you ask me plus workouts are ****ty
I am goin to start a restricted calorie diet in hopes to have my six pack in full effect for my vacation to florida in september

well im sick and tired of low cals i eat so strickly on the week days that i end up hoarding all the food in site on the weekend ive been stuck at 180 for a few weeks now and no six pack so im prety pissed! Im going to quit counting calories and just cut carbs after 5pm to lose weight.
Problem is that i dont know if im being to picky because everyoen says i look great but i wont be happy till i got no fat then i wont be happy because im not big enough:mad:

Ok i havnt worked out in a month because of some mysterious aches in my muscles where they feel like they are tearing also my right arm has been asleep for almost a month (its finally easing up)
im going to try to work out later this week problem is i dont know if i should try to gain or lose weight?
I am 6ft 1 and 3/4 185 lbs and 26 yrs old i have been training for about a yr now but have missed 4 out of the last six months to injury(the first was torn ligs in wrist and forearm)
I feel i am pretty strong for my size as i use all the weight on most machines IE lat pulldown, chest press, and have pretty good core lift ie db presses using 100lb dbs(thats the highest my gym goes) when i was 220 last winter i was doing 2 sets of them at 12 reps. I can curl 50 lb dbs for 8 reps and close grip press 185 lbs for 8 reps
I will post pics shortly and any respnse is appreciated and dont hesitate to say what you think im not glass i wont break!

tried working out yesterday with littel success i couldnt db bench with the 80 lb dbs but got on the cybex pres and used 3 plates and a 25 on each side fine. I feel im gettin better maybe next week i can start liftin again
my diet of recent has been 6 meals on week days and free for alls on sat and sun

went to an orthepedic surgeon today and he couldnt really tell me exactly what was wrong with my arm not a good sign!
he gave me corti-steroids and anti anflamitories and told me to come back in 3 weeks

well after two days on the corti-steroids i feel very achy all over and am very moody. I feel real light almost floaty and have headaches. I have gained 4 lbs but cant tell of any muscle loss yet.
i am debating quiting it but my arm is still numb

well heres the stats
6ft 1 and 3/4 185 lbs (at pics) now 194 had a 190 pic in florida that looked alot fuller but i cut it out and they couldnt put it in cd
training for a yr and a half but havnt trained now for 5 out of last 7 months due to injuries
as you can see in my tat pic i cant even raise my right arm parrellel but oh well
anyway elt me have it tell me what i need to do and dont hold back

went to the docs today and he told me nothing different he gave me 3 more weks of anti inflamitories and said he hasnt seen enough to be scared yet. Also siad if i dont make recovery in 3 weeks he is going to do an mri on neck and shoulder :cry:

Well i think i finally ahve gotten down on not being able to lifttoday i went to the gym and talekd to the lady at the front desk just so i could be there. I am a loser! Lifting weights has become so important to me that without it i feel like im missing a big part of my life it sucks so bad and im really debating on just calling the doc back and making him set up an mri!
I have a toughamn in febuary and if im not healthy for that then ill be pissed off. sottu for the venting but it had to be let out

did some legs today to keep them up at least i did a few warm up sets of squats at 145 and damn i must have lost my form because they hurt. i moved to the leg press machine where i did 3 sets of 10 with 6 plates on each side did 2 sets of sldl and a few calf sets. its hard to get motivated while injured but its also hard to stay outta the fuckin gym

well i dont know the names of everything but i did alot of variations of pushing my shoulder down towards my asz while laying on table then raising my arms in different positions(like down by my side, like a T, like a Y)
i did wall pushups when he tried to make me push him over on my way back i did bounce the ball up the wall i did the exercise where i get in a psotion of a push up and hold it while balancing on a therapuetic ball and some other stretches and rotations

then raising my arms in different positions(like down by my side, like a T, like a Y)
Like a lateral raise? Sounds like he's targeting your deltoid

The shoulder blade stabilizes the arm when you push on objects. Your serratus and to some extent your lat stabilize the shoulder blade against the back when your doing those movements. He's trying to work the muscles that will get your scalpula to stop winging. To me that sounds like a good sign, because you're able to use the muscles at all- not completely paralyzed.:D
You need a better (looking) PT. Like the masseuse in the white miniskirt in Dumb and Dumber. :hump: And I don't mean when Jeff Daniels put her miniskirt on. tuttut

I know exactly what your talking about, but I can't think of its name either. My high school had one. Gyno and I used it once and loaded it with like 365 (a lot for us back then) and we would sprint across the weight room, we got bored one day and "freak week" was born. I don't think I have ever heard the name for it.

prone shrugs = lying on your stomach on a bench and shrugging your shoulder blades together. Might help strengthen your traps and rhomboids.
prone rows = lying on your stomach and pulling the bar straight up off the floor toward your chest. Will work your lats, serratus, posterior deltoids, and biceps.
Not sure if these are defined exercises, I may have just made up two new names.:confused:

hey stuffs been hectic lately anyway i had toughman this weekend i went 3 fights deep and lost in split decision.
I thought it be guys who want to fight but it was alot of guys with boxing experience,anyway it was fun for my first time in the ring. Im not too healthy right now with nerve and other stuff so wont train i will do abcde diets 2 weeks bulk 2 weeks cut to save some muscle.

I feel like an old ass man i have thorasic nerve damage in my right arm and i got two holes in my belly. I was kinda down i havnt been able to lift real weight since early last september but i am not going to let things not under my control get hte best of me starting monday i am going to go on a clean food diet not watching cals but only eating clean. i am going to try to ride a bike for 20 mins 3 times a week and do legs twice a week no squats or presses as it makes my stomach hurt like no other.
Also if we have any lawyer types out there how much should it cost for an expungement on 2 cases??

went to the doctor today for my stomach wounds and i had a skin graph done also i got shot up with cortisteroids. I cant lift for a few weeks as i will be getting shots every 3 days
its prescolone (sp) or something similar
THe doc said i should expect to loose weight probably lean weight and that i would feel drained untill the process was over
Hopefully this will be the last of my treatments for this accident
i think im going to eat everything in sight to keep from loosing too much weight but input on this would be appreciated!

i will post more physique pics as soon as i can
i tried to work out back and lats last night but i think the prescolone is making me very lathargic i could motivate myself to do any real sets so i think ill wait till the treatment ends
