or vegetable oil would be a bad choice for a salad?
I usually use olive oil, but I was wondering if using sunflower oil/vegetable oil will be a good/bad choice for a salad!
Please use arguments !

Olive oil contain monounsaturates and some antioxdants and they are classified as Omega 9 while Sunflower oil is rich in Omega 6. Our diet is generally rich in Omega 6 but poor in Omega 3 so subsituting that Oil with canola oil is better since it has a 3:3 ratio of Omega3 : Omega6.

How can you have a 3:3 ratio? Isn't that like 1:1? Do you mean 3:1?
