what in your opinion is best type and brand of peanut butter
and has anyone tried that soynutbutter?

Natural PB is the bset. IMO, best tasting natty = Smucker's. I have not tried soynutbutter.

Yes, get all natural peanut butter.
If you live on the west coast, look for Adams.

The only brand I have tried of natural peanut butter is Smukers brand and it tastes really good. In fact I am enjoyng a couple natural PB sandwiches and a glass of skim milk as I type this.

OK, taking all of your advice I bought some Smuckers natural last night. Blechh! I think I maybe I just have to get used to it. As far as taste goes, I like Jif much better.

It took some getting used to for me at first too. It is definitely a different taste than regular PB, but your body will thank you for it. I can no longer stand regular PB and would much rather have natural...especially Smucker's!!
