If I am taking 5-6 grams of creatine post-workout would help me anymore to eat bananas? If so how many do I eat? Thank You!

Great article above on post workout shake.

I've found that 40grams of isolate whey + 40grams dextrose + creatine works very well for me. I like dextrose because it gives you a great insulin spike to help shut down cortisol (which will be elevated after workout) and helps to shuttle the protein back into the muscles as well.

I have tried the dextrose route but I have that I was my most muscular when I consumed 1/2 dry weight brown rice, 10 grams of creatine, and about 40 grams of whey protein. I got some cell-tech and haven't noticed any signficant gains. My diet wasn't as good as what it is now when I was taking brown rice as my carb after my workout. Anyone else tired that? Maybe its just me.

Yea, I know some guys who use a combo like that, works great for them, or they'll use a cup of oats instead of the brown rice. I AGREE with the Cell-Tech, they SUK, waaayyyyy overpriced, and I steer everyone away from them.

i dont know they make very good products and if you can get them low priced there good products... just overdo the ads and prices... when you add up everything you get in the muscletech products you have to buy a few things seperate to get whats in them...
