If you were to cheat would you eat sweets or greasy /fat food?
Which one would be less pernicious? Please use arguments..

depends.
i'm not sure what it depends on, but i guess my hormones know.
i only get cravings when i'm pms'ing....and it switches up. sometimes fatty/greasy...sometimes sweet.

I'd cheat with a big double cheeseburger (grease.....ah, but protein) before I'd cheat with sweets.

Salty and crunchy. Popcorn with butter and salt, fries, peanuts, cashews, and of course the perfect food for breakfast lunch or dinner,,, CHIPS AND SALSA.

sure does... its the only meal i miss since i started eating clean
but i can still get garlic chicken w/out the oil :-)

some of your guys cheats are on my cutting diets
ie cashews , pancakes burgers and chips(granted they are the health food corn chips and have less fat)

Ice cream is anabolic in that it is very calorie dense but obviously there are much better choices when eating for mass. I only mentioned ice cream because this is a cheat meal thread.
