I think TKD is best for weight training....cuz say you carb up on saturday and sunday, by friday, you'll be outta gas for your workouts...Not to mention, not being able to replenish glycogen post training..

lots of protein and carbs. and as for fat well that depneds on the day as today we ran out of craker when tasting the relishes for work but i craftly spotted cheese so i had to taste the relish of the cheese instead so my fat content really shoved up.
but as i get paid to taste foods and have habit of making more than you need for scientifically tasteing it i can get through a lot of food.
though redemeed myself by taking eating 4 boots shapers sandwiches(british poeple will know what i am on about).

though for gaining weight eat as much as possible. for getting cut eat protein some carbs and low fat. i had to put this in otherwise the thread will be pointless

Go to a strip club if you want poles. I voted for other. High protein, mid carb, low fat ;) Right now it's around 53/39/8....heh..wow, didn't realize fat was so low :) Protein is at about 260, carbs at 190 and fat is around 40-45.
