Alright, after bulking to a desired weight, is it possible to regain the facial definition achieved at a lower weight by cutting body fat levels?

Alright, more specifically my situation is this, I am currently 5'8, 140lbs with 6-7% bodyfat and my goal is to reach 160-165lbs and to achieve roughly to same level of bodyfat and facial definition. Having said this, how much higher than this weight should i bulk to initially in order to cut down to 6-7% bodyfat at this weight, and additionally, how long should i expect this entire proccess to take?

It really depends on what rate you can put muscle on and how much fat you accumulate.

Facial definition? Here's a question for you. Double chins run in my family. While I'm 5'7 140 lbs, by no means fat, the skin underneath my jaw is kind of loose and smooth, not 90 degree angle where your jaw meets your neck like most people of my BF%. Do you know of any excercises that would tighten this area up? I heard that chewing gum might help.

you cant tighten skin specifically without lifting surgery.

If your bodyfat is b/c estrogen, there's product called Lipoderm-Y, your can read more about it on http://www.mindandmuscle.net/main.html, there's been alot of good feedback on it, some of the guys been using it under the chin and stuff. If the fat is due to water retention, Preperation H GEL (make sure it's GEL) rub in twice a day can help. If neither of those work, and your bodyfat is truely low, welp, your screwed and need to go under the knife.
