Just thought I`d share a lil recipe with you all, If I cant be ar$ed making a meal I`ll have one of these beauties. Its an easy way for me to get extra carbs, rather than eating a bowl of porridge.
Half pint of skimmed milk.
3 scoops ( 90g ) oatmeal.
30g whey.
tablespoon of natty peanut butter.
Not sure what the macros are but shiiiiit it tastes good.
I`m guessing around..
carbs - 70g
protein - 45g
fat - 20g ......... total = 640 cals or thereabouts.
Try it see what you all think.
