if somone would eat 3000 calories getting 50% from protein 40% from carbs and 10% from fat and then they switch to say 45% carbs 40% protein and 15% fat could they get away with less calories because of the type of calories they are eating or should it still be the same?
it depends on the their goals are...
IMO those are fairly "minor" changes in ratio's and it would require the same 3,000 calories if your goal is maintenance (assuming 3,000 calories = maintenance).

well lets say im bulking... and it goes from 50% protein to 35% and fat from 10% to 20% and carbs 45% or jsut in general if they were to change
