well after reading up on suppliments i have found that optimum nutrition is a better whey protein than what i was using... so i was hoping you guys could help me with a good creatine monohydrate i currently use cell tech and get 7lbs for 50-60 bucks but if you guys could recommend a better monohydrate and how you take it taht would be great thanks guys!
Cell-Tech is a waste of money, don't buy it. I get best results with Prolab creatine with 40-50gram of Dextrose (cheap, should be available around town). Prolab has TONS of positive feedback concerning both their creatine and glutamine, and it's inexpensive, especially when you buy big tubs of the stuff like I do. I use them exclusively, even though there's probably other brands that would work as well.

I just throw the creatine in my post workout whey shake. I am not taking glutamine at the moment. No, there is not glutamine in ProLab's creatine.

I don't know much, but I don't see how one brand of Creatine is better than another.
Creatine is creatine isn't it.
The creatin you ingest can't be any different that he creatine produced in your body.
if it's different then it has additives to it.
I use the GNC brand, advertised 100% pure creatine.
Maybe somebody can tell me how once brand can be better than another.
Tao me it;s like comparing one bar or pure gold to another bar of pure gold adn saying one is better than the other.

I don't know abomut which brand is better but i do know that creatine is best taken in the morning and post workout with some dextrose, maybe 30-40 gs of dextrose. U could buy dextrose at 11lbs for 10 bucks on most webpages.

well cell-tech has the sugar in it and the 10g of creatine along with lots of vitamins and minerals... which is why if i switched to optimum nutritions or prolabs creatine monohydrate what juice should i take so i still get lots of the vits and mins and the sugar spike
