Eat your carbs please. Just decrease them as the day progresses. keep protein constant throughout the day and have the biggest carb meals early. start replacing simple and complex carbs with (veggies)fibrous carbs at the end of the day. This allows you to keep your strength and energy and avoid dropping weight which is mostly water on low carb diets. Carbs are combined with water in the body you know. Drop carbs and most of the weight loss is the binding water being eliminated also.
