hi guys...
I was wondering how many of you guys experience enlarge prostate gland while you're on ECA?
how bad is it?
cuz I think that's the only side effect I get from using ECA

Well, I don't know how much your taking, but most people don't have prostate problems resulting from ephedrine. That being said, Ephedrine and pseudephedrine can aggravate enlarged prostate symptoms such as a weakened urinary flow. So, have you ever got your prostate checked out, because I've only heard of people having prostate problems with ECA when they've already got an abnormal prostate??

For those with prostate problems, ephedra can sometimes be combined with saw palmetto as well as flower pollen extract. If you haven't got your prostate checked out by a doctor, you probably should and stay away from the ECA's until you get checked out.

You may not have a bad prostate? Prostate problems can go without symptoms for years, that's why regular checkup may be helpful, depending on age.
