I'm taking 4 scoops of pro-Mass twice a day.
I'.m 6'4"tall weighing 19stone.
I'm looking to add muscle mass but am worried that i might put on too much body fat with Pro-Mass, should I just be using a Protien Powder instead of a bulker as my stomach is my biggest fat to shed?
I train all body 3 times a week with 30 mins cardio on my days off, and meal plan is as follows:
6AM: Porridge oats,raisens
9AM:4 scoops Pro-Mass
12PM:2tins tuna, salad,pasta,fruit
3PM:4scoops Pro-Mass
6PM:Chicken,rice,salad,yogurt.
9PM:Tuna sandwich, brown bread.

5gm Creatine a day and loads of water.

Any comments welcome!!

you need to count your calories and increase them slowly. the body can only gain so much LBM no matter how many calories it's getting any excess will be stored as fat.

Ya all the excess calories will become into fat. Maybe you should just cut on how much you actually eat in a day. Rule of thumb for bulking is 500 calories more than normal. No need to go any higher unless you are on gear.
