this plus some bread and a small dinner is what I eat everday, and it has sky rocketed my growth and lowered my BF, I have gained more mass than I did for like year in 2 months, I feel great, I just wanna tell it to somebody, hehe, anyways before I ate correct or anything like it, I was 228lbs, 17%, now I am down in bodyfat and 232-3lbs, I feel like I am really a bodybuilder.
this is what that seem to be the thing that is working for me :
6.30 in the morning:
120grams of oatmeal, 350grams of light milk, + 70grams of yoghurt.
11. 00 lunch at school :
2 slice of bread with 70grams of cottage cheese, 1 can of tuna
14.30 at home :
120grams of oatmeal, 350grams of light milk, + a banana
16.00
a protein shake
18.00
dinner, usually pasta or rice, with some meat
20.00
2 slice of bread with 70 grams of cottage cheese
22.30
100 grams of oatmeal and 300grams of milk.
Other guys at the gym tells me its because I am getting older and therefor got a higher amount of test in my body, but this is the first time in my life I am actually following a diet, so thats why.
Anybody on this board who is not a fan of oatmeal change what they normally eat instead with oatmeal, it works.
