Here are my stats
age 15
weight 126lbs
height 5'6
bf not 2 sure

goals for dec 25
weight 165lbs
bf its gonna probly be like 22 percent

well im not to strict on my diet but i try to avoid high gi carbs i eat preety clean each day i at least have 250 grams of carbs, 180 grams of protein, 120 grams of fat my total cals each day is about 2600 calories

180 grams of proetin for a 126 lber ???

Thats a lot !

You must be growing muscles dail with that amout of proetin.

I am 162, and i barely get 150 grams.

am i getting to much protein
well either this is what i ate for 8/26

a slice o fbread with no suagr jelly
a slice of pizza
a couple glasses of milk
cheerios with bowl of milk
couple slices of whole grain bread with parkay butter
5ounce chcicken breast
a 29 grams protein bar
whey shake for post wokrout
glass of cranberry juice
strawberries
can of tuna
2 yogurts
can of chili
cambells chunky soup
half met-rx packet meal replacement

4 sets of chins
3 sets bent over rows
12 sets of curls, hammer curls, alternating db curls, regular curls
