i am on a low calory diet.. to lose fat.. Flaxseed oil will be pretty much the only fat i take in.

you can use natty pb, flax, hemp, olive, Udo's, cod etc. you do not want to get your EFA's from only one source, you want to use many. they all have different property's...

You want monounsaturated fats in your diet as well as the polyunsaturated fats from flax. Fat isn't the devil, eat a moderate amount of it.

peanuts, I read it contains unsaturated fats and increases testostorone,
One of my freinds said they contained saturated fats
Im confussed
Any one else know?

About 10% of dry roasted peanuts total fat is saturated, so it's very little.

I use the gel caps for Flax. That liquid stuff is nasty. Smells like a butt too! :)
