in the past couple of months my gut and love handles are more pronounced than they use to be. My diet is pretty clean and i have been cutting back the fast food to once or twice a week. The problem is I am naturally very skinny and have to eat some fatty foods to keep my base size. I am around 200 or so pounds now with around 15% bodyfat (which i just measured today and has gone up). So any extra advice would be great.

Sounds like you need to cut the calories back a little.

there is nothing wrong with eating fatty foods it is the source of the fatty foods. being naturally skinny is no excuse for "having" to eat fast foods...there are plenty of healthy foods to eat that are caloried dense and a lot more nutritious...

I figured i would get a couple of laughs out of my fast food sentence.

Past week or so i have been eating alot cleaner replacing the fatty foods with more chicken and lean beef, any more suggestions on some nutritious high calorie dense food.
