Hey man what's this a mini WBB thing and I didn't even know about it? :swear: (salright probably couldn't have made it anyway) BUT when warm weather (BIKE weather hits) I want to participate!!! (I'll leave the hangovers for someone else though!)
Nice work bro! Real nice work!!!

Did you guys lift together? Was everyone as strong, as they post.lol Or did you all three make a pact not to tell? lol

ericg

Na we didnt get to lifting. Borris worked till 6pm or so Saturday, Sunday I wasnting lifting anything besides the toilet seat.

I have seen Borris lift before - he is just as strong as he posts. I am willing to bet my life that Justin is as well. I think its obvious from reading their posts and following them that they are not "posers".

http://images7.fotki.com/v129/photos/7/75073/695899/Small_blue-vi.gif As always, thank you all very much for the continued support. I will catch up in your journals over the weekend, and I will try to at least update mine daily. I am so far behind with updates that I am just going to start with tonight's session.

Weight loss has stagnated...I am staying steady at 298lbs. I have adjusted my schedule: I will be lifting one body part daily, and also doing cardio daily.

That's all for now, gotta hit the sack.

No need to doubt my lifts, I am legit. Many people have seen my size, and besides that they are not all that impressive anyways, considering my size.

p34c3 y'all.

http://images7.fotki.com/v129/photos/7/75073/695899/Small_blue-vi.gif The strength loss is becoming really apparent. Although, I have started to focus more on my form on the bench press...and controlling the weight throughout the entire motion. That combined with the cut, I expected some loss, but it's pretty severe.

My shoulder popped on the 100lb DB's and I couldn't find a groove for the rest of the session..that's why there are a lot of one set exercises. It feels fine now, but whatever.

I have my first basketball game this Tuesday..should be fun. Though I haven't practiced since I hurt my ankle.

I have been experiencing lots of joint pain lately. I have also had my left hand falling asleep a lot. Not only while I sleep at night, but at various times during the day. I have no clue what it could be....any ideas? It is just the left arm...from the bicep down gets all tingly many times througout the day. Is it possible I have some degree of nerve damage?

could be carpal tunnel justin...my arm does that all through my foreman and my hand. they test for the crapal tunnel (at least for me) by having you open you hand palm up and they tap on your wrist and you get the tingling it is carpal tunnel. just a thought as to what could be causing it.

Hey dude I get the same thing on my left arm. It's pretty much caused from an inflamed nerve. (according to the quack who dry humped my ins co. for $1200.00 a pop for a neuropathy). That gets aggitated and the tissue around it aggrivates it even more so it swells a bit and you get the falling asleep tingling fingers funny bone stuff. I just deal with mine and try to find a position to sleep on that doesn't make it worse.....but I've not found one yet. Joint pains....you taking Glucosamine ?? if not start and it'll take a while to work into your system.

Sounds like one of the symptoms I had with my herniated disk, and how the herniation pinched a nerve in my spine. There are several possible causes of the sensation you're having, but I'd be concerned with spinal or shoulder injury, which could result in nerve impeding.

BTW, great workouts.

And I thought I was the only one who did these. Cabron, if you're getting a lot of joint pain maybe you need to alternate or take a week off. Write it off as strategic deconditioning or something fancy like that...also, GC tabs always seem to help me.

Long time no post.

The journal title symolizes both a fresh start for my journal as well as my life.

Without getting into any details, I have had the worst month of my entire life. I have had some personal tragedies, and to top everything off, I was laid off last Friday. I am truly blessed to have such a supportive wife, who is standing by me and supporting me through everything. That is all that I will say now and in the future about this past month.

As a result of the crappy month, I have lost a lot of weight, muscle included. Last time I checked I was a bit under 290lbs. Training over the past month was sporadic at best, I have gotten back into it these past two days. I did a back session yesterday and arms today. I have done cardio both days as well.

I am actively looking for a job, and I have also taken up a lot of reading, mainly to better myself. Right now my main goals are just to put my life back together, but I see weightlifting and exercise in general as a positive activity in the rebuilding process.

I am unsure at this point whether I will be updating daily, or weekly, but I will update. To all my friends on here, sorry for the long haitus, and sorry for not returning phone calls and IM's. I was in a bad place, I'm on my way back.

Too few calories and too little protein. I will get this sorted. Aiming for at least 2000 calories.

Water- Approx 1.5 gallons

Sleep- about 7.5 hours

Thoughts-
In case you couldn't tell, I'm doing UD2 again. I will run this for 8 weeks and re-evaluate at that point. Time to get un-fat for good.

My measurements going into it are as follows:
Height-6'5"
Weight-290lbs
Neck-17.5"
Chest-51.5"
Biceps-18.5"
Forearms-14"
Waist-43" :(
Quads-29"
Calves-18.5"

I'll take caliper measurements tomorrow.

Wow. Not an easy workout. Going from low reps/heavy weight to this is brutal. I will lower the weights more tomorrow so I can complete all 6 sets of each exercise.

I ended the cardio early ( I was aiming for 60 minutes) because I got some extreme hamstring cramping right at the 40 minute mark.

It was a nice change of pace though, and my joints don't hurt too bad right now.

I am not going to do cardio tonight. I am soo incredibly sore. I haven't had this amount of DOMS in a LONG time. I was looking through all my old journals and it depressed me. Looking back over time I see just how far I have not progressed. I attached them all to this to keep motivated to not quit as I did with all previous attempts.

I will finish this UD2 session, at least 8 weeks probably more. I will then re-evaluate and do an EXTREMELY clean bulk. I will never allow myself to get this fat again!

Carb load went well. I feel pretty damn lean. I don't feel like listing everything, but it was a bunch of bagels, cereal, pasta, etc. I did have some cheat stuff, but I don't feel like it affected the results any.

Today is the first official day of unemployment, I got my last check on Friday. Nothing hapening on the job front yet, but I am keeping busy otherwise. Been doing a lot of construction work at my buddies house, I'll be having fun with the chainsaw today. Then Wed, Thur, Fri I'll be taking down some trees at my buddies parents' house and hauling the wood to my mom's house for the woodstove next year. this weekend will be spent chopping and splitting the trees we take down so we can stack in all. We also have a burn permit we will be using this weekend, so that'll be fun too. :) As long as I'm busy I'm happy.

I got a couple things lined up for real work, we'll see if any of it pans out. It looks like my updates are going to be limited to a once a day for my updates, and once a week to catch up in y'alls journals. I feel as though I have been spending far too much time unproductive on-line, so this is a new rule I set for myself.

Anyways, have a good week y'all.

Well, keeping busy, but no job yet. Been doing a lot of helping other people. (chopping trees, yard work, busted well water line at mom's house, etc.) I've been keeping busy so it's kept my mind off of things. Diet has still been clean, but I moved back to lidting heavy.

I am doing Max-OT, as well as daily cardio. I do HIIT cardio on training days and longer lower intensity cardio on non training days.

My notebook is in the truck and I don't feel like going outside, so I'll start posting the sessions tomorrow.

I have gotten many comments on how I've "leaned out". Funny, that's what I wanted to hear, but it made me feel small, hence the heavy lifting again to get big. I figure if I keep up teh cardio, I'll be good as far as keeping the fat at bay.

Anyway, sorry it's been so long with the update, trying to keep busy outside of the house. I'll holla at y'all this weekend.

big lifts justin, and the scary part is that you're semi-depleted and semi-starting anew..when the peak strength comes back, it's gonna be 'katy-bar the door' at WBB.
