What is the meal you look most forward to eating? What is on ya plate?

Lasagna. Per pan, it's got three pounds of ground beef, two pounds of mozzarella cheese, 2 cups of milk, a quarter pound of butter, etc. etc.

You keep pimping that lasagna, Alex...

I think for me it would have to be bloody steak, green beans, and red wine. :D

Oh. uh. Clean.

I dunno, a dry chunk of chicken and some broccoli?

Well, if you eat clean most the time you deserve a cheat meal Belial.....and you too Maki LOL:D

I think for me it would have to be white turkey breast (not the whole thing LOL), brown rice, and brocolli or grean beans.

Just wished I got to eat turkey more than I do....but IMO it is a pain to cook. Turkey deli meat don't compare.

The one I am eating right now! Lean steak off the foreman, and red potatoes cooked in olive oil. I guess not the cleanest meal ever, but clean enough for me!

I see brown rice popping up alot. I seldom eat brown rice anymore like this.....but here's a good recipe (probably everybody has it already)

1 cup rice
2 cans beef consume
1/4 stick melted margarine
1 small onion
1 small can mushrooms
salt/pepper to taste

Throw all this in a casserole pyrex dish (with lid on) and bake about 50 minutes on 350ish.

Tastes pretty good:D

I always enjoy breakfast the most. I usually have 6-8 egg whites with 2 whole eggs and buckwheat pancakes. Gets me started on a good note.

I'm seriously diggin my steak, beans and oil right now. It leaves me satisfied. But if I had the option to deviate and have a healthy cheat, I'd go for a low carb mrp, with a sprinkle of some Kashi Go Lean cereal (which is an amazing high fiber cereal) and a blob of natty pb.

In fact a bowl with just natty pb would suit me fine:p
