This is what I've been eating for breakfast lately, it's pretty good!

In a bowl mix:

1/2 cup non flavoured yogurt
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 tbsp of jam

Then mix in:

1/2 cup high fibre cereal

368 Calories
23g Protein
6.8g fat (can be reduced with low fat products)
44.8g Carbs
(14g fibre)

You can adjust this, I think I am going to lower the level of yogurt, since it is not that high in protein, but high in carbs... It does help offset the nasty taste of cottage cheese very well though.

I think this is a pretty good recipe, high protein, high energy to start the day, and high in fibre to help things run smoothly (particularly helpful if you are taking a lot of protein supplements ;))

(EDIT: I changed the carb amount to reflect the article linked below. 1/2 of yogurt has 2g carbs, not 11g)
