I'm currently following the NHE diet and for part of my large carbloads (250g within 3 hours) I like to have a sugary based dessert after my huge portions of oatmeal, as its actually beneficial on this diet.
Please list for me some tasty dessert ideas (made or bought) that are high in carbs (sugars) and low in fat. The amount of protein in them doesn't matter to me much.
For example: McDonalds Fruit'n Yogurt Parfait = 31g carbs, 2.5g fat.
