I think 2.5g of carbs / lb of body weight is way too much to cut with.
And what about your protein? The carbs and fat should be based on what your protein has to be at. Not the other way around.

I would gain weight on your cutting diet, but the only thing that matters is whether it works for you. If you're losing fat at a reasonable rate on that diet, there's no reason to change it.

Yeah, I think 2.5 is too high for me to cut.
My cutting is more like:
1.1/1.5/.4 protein/carb/fat grams/lb of bodyweight
and I think that I am not being very aggressive tuttut
