I have a question about carb loading and shedding water before a contest:
I realize that you need to raise water intake while carb loading to bring the glycogen into your muscles. But If I start carb loading 2 days before the show, when do i start cutting my water intake? And do I continue to carb load while shedding my water up until the morning of the show? I'm a little confused about this.
