Oats would be a better choice imo.

Weetabix is good! I have a box of it at home. As a side note, my wife used to make that cereal at the Weetabix factory in Clinton, Massachusetts, which is their "world" headquarters. A nice little town.

I eat 4-5 Weetbix with warm full milk every morning and nothing makes you feel better throughout the day. Anything like that which is a slow-release carbohydrate is really good for your energy levels throughout the day.

I used to eat 12 a day. Too much salt and sugar in them really. Oat IS a better choice.

Seeing as the topic is cereal, has anyone had that Kashi Go Lean cereal?
It's got a ton of fiber in it and has a great texture-- nice and crunchy. I think a serving of 3/4 cup contains 10 grams of fiber.
Anyways, I totally recommend trying it if you love good fiber cereals as much as I do:)

Savannah - I agree, the Kashi Go Lean cereal is pretty good. I'm gonna pick up a box of the Crunch stuff next time we're at the store. The carbs are a bit higher, but it still has 8g of fiber, and only 13g of sugar.
