I know.. another Creatine Question..

Im not a Bodybuilder. But I figure this is the best place to ask questions about Lifting.

Im 15 1/2

Im am currently using Protein Shakes.
I drink 1 shake in the morning and on lift days one after workout and 1 in the morning.

I was interested in Creatine and am Planning to buy some next time I order my powder.
I was wanting to know when and how many times to take it and how much,
Will this help with soccer performance other than stronger muscles.

Is it safe for me to take?
Also Whats a good brand?
I was thinking EAS $13.95 500g?

Thanks in advance.

Because of unknown health risks, children and adolescents under age 18 and women who are pregnant or nursing should never take creatine supplements. Straight up copied and pasted for you to read, i wouldnt recomend taking it if you're under 18 who knows what it will do to you, as for benefits besides making you bigger/stronger it may boost your energy levels a bit as for anything else i dont know.

I think your fine to use it also the supp companies have to cover their asses

I would take 5g's twice a day and on the days you play 5g's before the game and 5 after

You only need 3 - 5 grams. Anymore and it's a waste.

i feel like it dehydrates me and therefore wouldn't recommend it for something like soccer where you have to run around a lot.

yeah creatine is safe to use. Hell my doc told me it was safe when I was 17. And there have not been any negative side effects reported from creatine useage. Start bodybuilding only fags play soccer, heh :)

Drink lots and lots of water and you won't be dehydrated.
