How close are you to getting 1gm per lb of body weight?
I weigh 175 and get around 250+ a day in protein..is it that close that you're down to splitting hairs?
milk yes it's a complete protein....peanut butter no, as it's not a complete protein unless you consume it with a grain or legume. The PUR of nuts is low I think around 35%.
