Hoping for some advice here. I am just starting to weight train again, I have never really followed a set diet. How many calories should I be taking in daily, and can somebody point me in the direction of a sample meal plan? I am 6'5", currently 240 pounds, I am going to be bulking to about 270. I play football on a competitive level, I don't know if this changes my calorie intake as opposed to just weight training alone. Basically I am fairly new to this, looking for some advice. This site has been great help already. Thanks guys/girls.

The articles stickied on the top of the forum that is labeled "Articles on Diet and nutrition" might be a good place to look =).
