i was wondering, how much t3 do we have in our blood normally?
or better: how mucht t3 our body makes per day, directly or mainly form t4 conversion?

i ask this becaus if i take t3 orally, in a couple of weeks my natural TSH and t4-t3 production would be shut down, and i want to be shure that what i take form pills is more than my body would usually have in the system.

i stardet with 1 per day, up to 1 per day untill 4 per day, and now i'm down back to 3 per day. 20mcg tabs.
i figured that it is wrong because in the tappering off period i will have always less than usual in the system therefore no fat loss.

in the first weeks i loosed alot of fat, and paradoxically, gained muscle(2 primo per week and 100mg winny per week) no clen
now i feel like i'm stagnating,
i'm doing this for 2 weeks now, what should i do:
increase the t3 to 4 or more per day?
keep it at 3 per day?
continue to tapper off?
i have only 200mg primo that i'm shooting today.
i did them for 7 weeks now.
this will keep me up for another 10 days at least, considering that some primo is already in my body. so...

any advice?

The normal thyroid produces about 6-10 mcgs (that's micrograms) per day. How much is converted from T4 is unknown. T3 is converted from T4 as the body needs it. No way to know how much the body needs. It takes very little T3 to suppress TSH, since T3 is about 4x as potent as T4.
