I would go 40/40/20 or maybe even try an isocaloric diet which is 33/33/33...

I think 0% fat is not a good idea. Maybe try replacing those last 15% carbs with fat :D .

Joking aside, I think you need to up the fat to at least 25%. Just my 2 cents.

Yes, fat doesn't mean it will be turned into fat in your system. In reality, you need fat intake in order for your body not to make fat of its own.
