Anyone have any good links to some bulking/mass diets?
I'm not looking for numbers of calories or formulas, I'm looking for a spelled out diet.

meal one: eat a lot of food
meal two: eat a lot of food
meal three: eat a lot of food
meal four: eat a lot of food
meal five: eat a lot of food
post workout: drink a protein shake with dextrose or maltodextrin
meal six: eat a lot of food

When I bulk Up I go with a 40/30/30 split in calories.....protein/carbs/fats.....i try to get half of those carbs in the morning and 70% of the protein post work out, and the fats spread out through the day. and i try to eat around 4,000 calories of clean food,
favorite bulking foods
-milk=protein, and calores, plus a shiiit load of nutirents
-tuna= no fat +36 g of quality protein
-eggs=6-7 g of prot. and alots calories, but goes easy on them
-fat free yogurt= about 10-12g of protein, all prepared and taste good
