i read in my parent responcebility book that some food dont contain all the amino acids in there proteins, and then i noticed that the ammino acid supplement bcaa only contained three acids. would those happen to be the ones not contained in some food proteins?

partly true.. L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine,L-Valine there are the three acids.. Now that its not found in food is outrageos. Foods contain every single amino acid on earth, just you might need to eat various foods, since not all of them contain perfect proteins..
