Whey Protein?

I tried to search the forums for this, but I got way too many results so it'll just be easier to ask :)

How many calories are in a serving of whey protein? It doesn't say so on my container but it just feels like a real lot! As much as I wanna gain muscle, I wanna lose weight and I'm not sure the extra calories in my diet are helping.

Mine says 110 calories per one heaping scoop, I believe. I use "Optimum" 100% whey.

Don't confuse weightgainers with protein shakes.

Unless you get the protein shakes that add alot of ***** in it, it'll be relatively low calorie.

Yeah wel for me, when I get pure whey, or at least close to pure with not a lot of sweeteners, and carbs added, all of mine have been around 110-120 calories for about 20-22 g of protein
