well im 15 and 130lbs and i just started bodybuilding im currently using a regular routine i want to switch to hst but im way to confused, well either way my goals is to gain 30 pounds by febraury 1st well im guessin 10 pounds is going to be fat and then ill cut, well i currently supplement with whey and creatine, any1 who can give me pointers on anything thank you in advance well today i didnt exercise tommorow ill be doing my leg routine

i got 8 hours of sleep today

food i ate today

can of tuna
2 ham sandwiches
protein bar
whey shake with dextrose
2 club rolls
3 slices of bread with butter
sunflower seeds
generals tsos chicken with fried rice just a lil cheat meal not the whole thing
cup of orange juice
