I need some advice on this cycle. I am now in the 3rd week of an 8-week cycle where I am using Mass Fuel EOD at 1cc for the first 3 weeks. In the last five weeks will be 2cc of Rocket Fuel #2 each week and 30 mg of Dbol daily. Mass Fuel is 200 mg of Test suspension and 60 mg of Anadrol per 1cc. Rocket Fuel is 200 mg of Test Cyp and 200 Deca per 1cc. My problem is that I started this cycle weighing 214 at 12% BF and now I am only at 215 pounds BUT BF has dropped to 10.5 % which means that I have lost about 3 pounds of fat and gained about 4 pounds of muscle. My understanding was that I should have a good start on some hefty gains whether it is fat, water, and/or muscle in the 10-15 pound range. I am working out five days per week at about 60 minutes per workout. When we leave the gym we are slightly nauseated and have a thumping head from straining. We usually have to hang out for 10-15 minutes so we are no longer dizzy so I think we are training hard enough. I am eating around 4000 calories per day in 6 meals and getting around 250 mg of protein also from meals and meal replacements. It SEEMS as though I am looking more muscular in my chest and that some of my “pseudo-gyno” from 20 years of heavy marijuana use and alcoholism is fading away BUT it still seems as though I should be making some gains. I drink about 1.5 to 2 gallons of water at work alone not counting what I get at home.
I am 41 years old and just started training in April of this year. My first 8-week cycle was 500 mg of Sustanon per week. My 2nd 10-week cycle was 400 mg of Deca per week and 30 mg of DBol per day. I started at 231 pounds and 25% BF in April and I now am at 215 pounds and 10.5% BF for an overall change of minus 35 pounds of fat and adding 19 pounds of muscle. I am very happy with these gains but seem to have hit a plateau of some sort. I have battled tendonitis in both elbows and knees that are bad due to ligament strains but I am nearly over that due to Vioxx and Chondroitin/Glucosamine.
Some have said I may be over-training OR maybe I am not doing enough gear.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
