i bought a digital camera today (toshiba PDR-M71, and took the pics at small size, and low quality, and then photoshopped em to lower the quality even more...so 56K people can DL em too).

i appreciate all feedback, pos & neg. i consider myself as a beginner, i just started off with HST. the measurements on the website are the most latest ones (i did em today).

Photos like this belong in the Pic forum.

So I moved this.

I hope you're really eating a lot. I tried training a friend who looked exactly like you(he was Indian too), and told him to eat everthing in sight. He'd swear he was gorging himself. Then when I followed him around to see what he was eating, I saw he was barely eating anything. He'd eat half a chicken sandwich or half a protein bar and say how he was stuffed. Don't be like him. I've seen him around the gym a few times lately(we're no longer friends for reasons I won't go into here) and he's still the same goddamn size. Just make sure you're eating. HST, in conjunction with that, should put on some nice size.

Thanks for posting those pics! I always appreciate it when people post pictures so that we can see what kind of progress you are making.

I think that it takes courage to post your pics for critiquing. You seem like you have the determination to make a good go of weight training. You have the benefit of not having to lose a lot of fat as I did before your muscles start to show.

So, good job and keep it up!

How can you put on mass w/o eating a lot? Well, yah, AAS would probably help there, but you still need to eat a lot I'd imagine.

no offense bro, but you have some serious work to do. Those pics should act as motivation to workout like a bear, just remember, eat clean, especially if your body fat is over 10% at that weight and you plan to bulk.

Hey you should have that pic put on a t-shirt and you should wear it to the gym every day, so when you look in the mirror and see your t-shirt you work even harder...LOL:thumbup:

HighlyFanatic

basically the underlying message is to eat lots, and eat clean.

As for my body, which major muscle groups need bulking? (lol, everything). Whadya think my bf is at? i know i can see & feel my abs when i flex hard....

even though i have no training under my belt, i think im on the right track with WBB's advice too

The best way to eat lots is to eat on a schedule. Atleast until you get it down. Post it next to a mirror, TV, Computer, frige, inside your books. This will be your constant reminder. I would even post a picture everywhere with the scheduled eating regiment. I helps in the motivation department.

shocker.. his goals aren't "easy" to reach, and you should set attainable goals IMO..

from 11" bicep to 15.5" isn't exactly a small jump.. neither is a 44" chest.

highly, just eat a lot of "right stuff" and train - you'll get there.

Although his goals are unrealistic only because they do not add up.

Hey Fanatic,
You have some nice wide shoulders, put on some mass and you will look great. Eat like a horse and lift as heavy as you can, it will come.

Don't listen to these fakers. You're on the right track. Eat alot, train alot, sleep alot. You'll grow in time. Your goals are good, just make sure to REALLY try to meet them.

Dude, I looked like you when I was 18. That is six years ago. I am now 24. I had no fat, but also no mass. I weighed 180lbs. Considering I am 6'4" I had a LOT of work to do.

I gave up training as a bad job. Now, I am a fat b*stard weighing 230lbs, I know I have matured physically into an 'adult state' so my lean mass has increased. Yours will too so don't worry too much! You've got 6 years to get there, just don't give up. I'm glad you posted your pics on a website. That is real balls. So many people can view that all over the globe.

I am going to put up my pics soon. As I am now. I know I will be ripped to pieces, I'm not going to pose properly, I don't deserve to. But I'll get there eventually with hard work. You will too.

Thanks for the advice...it seems a lot more people are telling me what I cant do, rather than what I can. It just serves as extra motivation.

Anyways, I updated my web-page with new measurements 3 weeks into my HST program. Moderate gains so far. I will post new pics up soon.

Eat right...Eat often. It's ridiculous for you to think of taking gear this early into your routine. If you're interested in AAS, it should be CONSIDERED after years of training, when plateaus and genetics are limiting you.

Don't be discouraged by negative posts...keep up the enthusiasm you have now and keep us posted with your progress!

Dude......my opinion.....stay off the scale for 2 months....wear a shirt to the gym....don't stare at yourself in the mirror every chance you get.....focus on good training and proper diet....after 2 months of this take all the pics you want.(same 2 months from this date) etc...I was the same...didn't see the results....got mad hit the gym harder and hurt my back and shoulder....had to start over....which is were I'm at now...your goal is 1.5 - 2 yrs...GOOD LUCK
