What would you all recommend taking for a energy boost duiring workouts? I was thinking of buying some xenadrine or hydroxycut. I'm 22, 6 ft about 350 pounds and just started working out and dieting a couple months ago. I finally got a bigger weight set and I find myself lagging towards the end of my routine and would like something to give me a boost. Would either of these be good choices?

how long are your routines... i mean how long are u in the gym... maybe u are working out too much?
is your diet ok? are u getting enough nutrients? are u eating two hours prior to working out?
maybe rest is a factor... do u rest enough? 9-10 hours a night?
many factors... but xenadrine, hydroxycut, and even ECA stack are very good supplements to give u a caffein type high when workout out...

I used hydroxy cut loyaly for about a year and then decided to try xenadrine, and found it was a better and more energizing eca than hydroxy cut, but as far as weight losss goes i would go with hydroxy cut, But for pure energy release I think xenadrine is the way to go. Make sure your getting enough carbs a few hours before you head to the gym so your not runnung low on energy fast and early in your work out.

Yah, energy = xenadrine for me. Hydroxycut = fat loss since it suppresses my carb hunger.

is xenadrine only a energy booster or does it also do other things?

well its is gonna do a few things=
1- it is a powerful thermogenic
2-it is going to give you an energy rush
3-it will also curve your appetite, not every one though
one thing is that you will develope a tolornace to the stimulant over time, but it will still keep its thermogenic properties
