Just wondering what you guys think the most important foods are (from a bodybuilding/powerlifting standpoint). I am assuming chicken breasts and cans of tuna will be on everyone's lists, but I still want to see what everyone thinks...

Turkey breast is ace, it's pretty much the same as chicken breast.
